Did I ever tell you about the time....

Pete Doherty asked me if I knew the way to San Jose

On my way home after work in Camden, I was stopped in the street by Pete Doherty.

Pete asked me, “Do you know the way…” then stopped, tugged my hoodie down over my face, and was carried off by his friends as he started singing, “Do you know the way to San Jose…”.

I didn’t.
