I Moved Out Of The Way For Ant (Or Dec) On a Train
Back in their “PJ and Duncan” days, when they were successful - and some might say prodigiously talented - chart-bothering musicians (and we weren’t totally sure whether or not the smaller one was actually blind, such was his acting prowess in gritty Northern Youth Drama, Biker Grove) I travelled from Newcastle to London on a train, sat behind Ant and Dec.
At one point in the journey, I got up to answer the call of nature, coincidentally at the same time Ant (or Dec) got up to go to the restaurant car.
I stepped aside to allow one or other of them past. He thanked me and smiled.
They seemed very nice, and content with their lot in life.
